1. Services
Harlow Clean Co provides professional residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described on our website or agreed upon in writing at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Booking & Scheduling
• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
• We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request.
• Please ensure someone is available or that access to the property is arranged for the scheduled time.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of staff illness, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance: no charge.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows or lockouts (unable to access the property at the scheduled time) may be charged the full service fee.
4. Payment
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept credit/debit cards.
• Invoices not paid within 14 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee.
• Recurring service clients may be set up on automatic billing with prior consent.
• By providing your payment information, you authorize Harlow Clean Co to securely store your card on file for the purpose of billing for scheduled and future services. Your payment information is stored securely through our third-party payment processor and is never stored directly on our systems.
5. Pricing
All quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described. We will inform you of any price adjustments before proceeding.
6. Access to Property
By booking our services, you confirm that you are authorized to grant us access to the property. You are responsible for securing or removing any valuables, fragile items, or sensitive materials prior to our arrival. Harlow Clean Co is not liable for damage to items left unsecured.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return to address of concern at no additional charge. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Harlow Clean Co carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours.
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from improperly secured items, faulty fixtures, or fragile items not identified before cleaning.
9. Health & Safety
Our team reserves the right to refuse or stop service if the property presents unsafe or hazardous conditions (e.g., biohazardous materials, pest infestations, extreme clutter beyond what was disclosed, or threatening behavior). In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
10. Use of Products & Equipment
Harlow Clean Co brings professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please inform us at the time of booking. We are not liable for reactions caused by products you request we use.
11. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Changes to These Terms
Harlow Clean Co reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami Dade, Florida.
